Advance Concrete Cutting & Coring is hiring Experienced Concrete Cutting Saw Operators to join our regional team with four locations across the Southeast. With 26 years providing precision cutting, coring, and demolition services, we offer steady year‑round work, a safety‑focused environment, ongoing training, and opportunities for long‑term career growth.

We pay for skill — the more you run, the more you earn.

Compensation

• $25–$35 per hour — hand saw, core drill, flat saw

• $36–$38 per hour — above + wall saw, wire saw, robotic demolition

• $36–$38 per hour — above + skid steers, excavators, telehandlers, MEWPs

Position overview

• Operate concrete cutting and coring equipment on commercial and industrial projects

• Work as a member of a crew to complete cutting, coring, and demolition

• Follow established safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.

• Maintain equipment in safe, serviceable condition and report maintenance needs.

• Hand, Flat, Wall, Wire Saws

• Core drills

• DXR robotic demolition units

• Skid steers, excavators, telehandlers

• Mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs)

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated concrete cutting and coring experience.

• Reliable, safety‑minded work approach and adherence to safety procedures.

• Attention to quality and pride in workmanship.

• Able to work effectively as part of a crew to meet project demands
